Welcome to the Dallas Live Orchestra! By design, the DLO consists of a new, young generation of musicians dedicated to providing services for live on-stage performances and professional recordings. Using anything from a small string ensemble to a full back-up orchestra, the DLO can back up any variety of artists in live concert performances. The DLO can also be contracted for services outside of the Dallas area. All the musicians employed by the Dallas Live Orchestra went through a rigorous selection process and hold music degrees from some of the most respected music schools in the country, including Julliard, Yale, Oberlin Conservatory, and SMU. Most recently, our musicians have performed with composer/conductor Marvin Hamlisch, winner of three Oscars, four Grammys, and four Emmys.
